PixBoost is a two-person SaaS team building AI-powered image editing tools. Their outbound had plateaued: the founder was personally sourcing leads, writing emails one-by-one, and sending out of his own inbox. It ate four hours a day, and the quality of personalization dropped as he fatigued.
