This policy explains what data Sinqra (operated by Antonio Vranješ) collects, how it's used, and how long it's kept. We've written it in plain language because legal-speak usually means the reader stops reading. If anything is unclear, email us and we'll rewrite it.

Sinqra is a sole-operator automation studio. The data controller is Antonio Vranješ, reachable at vranjes.antonio@gmail.com. Sinqra does not resell or share data with third parties beyond the vendors listed below.
What we collect
We collect the following data on this site:
- Email address — when you use a free tool, submit a form, or subscribe to the newsletter.
- Business details you provide in tool wizards — company URL, industry, team size, workflow descriptions. This is used to generate your personalized result.
- Usage analytics — pages visited, interactions, referrers. Collected via Google Analytics. Anonymized at the IP level.
- Cookies — see our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- Generate your personalized tool result and email it to you.
- Keep you on our newsletter list if you opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
- Understand which pages work and which don't, via analytics.
- Contact you if you explicitly requested a scoping call or reply.
What we don't do
- Sell, rent, or trade your data. Ever.
- Send promotional material on behalf of other companies.
- Retain unnecessary data. Tool submissions are kept indefinitely as a record of work produced, but you can request deletion at any time.
Vendors we share data with
To operate the site, we use these processors:
- Vercel — hosting, logging, request routing.
- Supabase — database and authentication storage.
- Anthropic — AI generation for tool results; data sent per submission only, not retained beyond the request.
- Fal AI — AI image generation, when applicable.
- Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics.
- Calendly — when you book a call. Governed by their privacy policy.
Your rights
Under GDPR (and most equivalent jurisdictions), you can:
- Request a copy of your data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Object to processing and request data portability
