Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of sinqra.io and the free tools it hosts. Paid engagements (custom builds, scoping work, retainers) are governed by a separate signed contract that supersedes these terms where they conflict. If you haven't signed anything with us, only these terms apply.
Free tools — what we promise and don't
The free tools (Opportunity Scanner and the others) generate AI-written recommendations based on what you submit. Two things to know:
- They're recommendations, not guarantees. Hours saved, annual savings, and other numbers are estimates. Your mileage will vary based on how you implement and maintain the system.
- They're provided as-is. We don't warrant the tools will be available 24/7 or that the output will be error-free. If you see something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Submit someone else's business details without permission
- Attempt to overwhelm the tools (rate-limiting applies)
- Scrape the site at volume
- Use the tools to generate content for illegal or harmful purposes
Your content
You retain all rights to the information you submit. We claim a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your result and operating the service. We don't republish your submissions in any identifiable form.
Our content
Blog posts, case studies, and generated tool results are owned by Sinqra. You can share and link to them freely. Republishing wholesale requires written permission — just ask, we usually say yes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sinqra's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site and its free tools is limited to $100. If you've paid us for a build, the contract governs instead.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Disputes will be resolved in good faith by conversation first, courts second, and only if absolutely necessary.
Changes
We'll update the "last updated" date above when these terms change. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
